Come to my new space in Broomall for some "me" time. Relax, feel rejuvenated and centered. You will be in a calm, quiet and supporting environment where you can just let go and feel into your body. Take the time to listen to what your body and spirit needs.

I will take the time to listen to your needs and create a treatment plan that is special to you. Come for a specific goal or come for your overall sense of well-being. I will use my extensive skills in Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy and massage to bring relief from pain, relaxation from stress, and centerness from chaos.

My services are deeply therapeutic as I encourage you to feel into your body and let go of all that is holding you back. We are often unaware of our holding patterns where we trap tension and keep it as a shield to protect us from all the stressors that we encounter in our daily lives. Feeling is healing as John Barnes would say. Letting go is vital to any healthful recovery no matter what the ailment. I encourage you to take the next step in your healing process. You will leave each session feeling lighter, more relaxed, more aware, and at peace.

My speciality is John Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) where I apply the techniques of hold time, pressure, and stretch to feel into the fascia and wait for releases. Fascia is what holds us together. When it becomes restricted in any one area it effects the entire body. It is vital to address these restrictions to take pressure off nerves, to open up pathways for blood and nutrients to flow, and allow free movement.

Sometimes I incorporate Craniosacral therapy (CST) into a session or I also offer that as a stand alone. CST is performed fully clothed and is very light and subtle touch. It is used to balance the flow of cerebral spinal fluid which brings the body into harmony and allows optimal function.

I also offer massage therapy whether traditional with lotion or not but with hints of MFR and CST thrown in. My massage is slow and purposeful and targeted to specific trouble areas.

Why not give it a try? You'll feel awesome in no time.
